CYNDI KRAUSE, BSN, RN, CRNO
Prior to joining Progressive Surgical Solutions in 2020, Cyndi spent three years serving as the Director of Training for a large ophthalmology practice, comprised of over 20 surgery centers. Ms. Krause has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and training and more than 10 years of combined experience in ophthalmic, multi-specialty, and ambulatory surgery environments, including 14 years working as a registered nurse.
In her current role, Cyndi provides ongoing support to ASCs. Her areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, licensing, certification and accreditation, survey preparation, facility documentation development, staff training, infection control and prevention, and ASC operations and management.
Cyndi received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University. She serves as secretary on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and Arizona Visionaries.
