PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT MOCK SURVEY

One-day onsite visit with one (1) life safety code expert, to assess compliance with NFPA 101 Life Safety Code for Medicare compliance. This is achieved thorough review of your facility’s Physical Environment including but not limited to:

Construction documents
Areas above and below the ceiling level to determine the proper location and maintenance of fire and smoke barriers, egress components and assemblies
Testing, inspection and maintenance documentation
Annual Fire Door Assembly inspection
