PROBLEM EMPLOYEES | HOW TO MANAGE, HOW TO WIN

Do you have a “problem” employee who has monopolized the attention of HR for far too long? This webinar will present real life, timely scenarios and how to handle them. We will discuss strategies for defining success with these employees, outline best practices for sticky situations, and most importantly, offer advice on how to stay out of court – or win your case if litigation ensues.
