ASC Leadership LIVE Panel

Three guest panelists share their challenges and successes in ASC leadership. Are you a busy Administrator or Clinical Director at an ambulatory surgery center? Do you wear what seems like a ridiculous amount of hats? Are you responsible for QAPI, Infection Control, Policies and Procedures, Medical Staff Credentialing, Human Resources, Inservice Training, etc.? Are you the leader in your facility? What burning questions do you have for ASC directors who are doing it all, while being effective leaders?
