Laura Baldwin, RN
Laura Baldwin is a senior consultant and certified professional coach for BSM Consulting based in its Phoenix, Ariz., office. Ms. Baldwin provides support to BSM and clients in all aspects of physician and hospital practice management, as well as in executive and leadership development. In this role, she is exceptionally proficient at operations and process improvement, executive and leadership development, and teaching and training. As a certified professional coach, Ms. Baldwin helps clients achieve their professional and personal goals by improving individual performance that positively impacts the client and their organization.
Ms. Baldwin is a registered nurse (RN) with more than 25 years of experience in health care, with previous roles in clinical nursing, program development, management, and hospital operations.
Vanessa Sindell, MSN, BSN, RN
Vanessa joined the Progressive Surgical Solutions team in 2018. In the past eight years, Ms. Sindell worked as the director of nursing for a busy ophthalmic surgery center. As director, she successfully completed three deemed-status surveys with no deficiencies. Ms. Sindell’s recent experience in running an ASC makes her an expert in clinical operations and management.
Overall, Ms. Sindell has 13 years of experience in nursing in different specialties, including critical care, Med-Surg, and outpatient surgery. Using her expansive experience and knowledge, she has presented on ambulatory surgery topics at several national industry meetings.
Ms. Sindell received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from California State University, Long Beach. She earned her master’s in nursing leadership from California State University, Fullerton.
