Chuck Meisel
Chuck Meisel, a 30-year healthcare veteran, is Vice President of Sales for Surgical Notes. Chuck’s extensive experience in the ASC setting provides him with an expert point of view of the specialized tools available to assist ambulatory surgery centers in running more efficiently and more profitably in the ever changing healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Surgical Notes, Chuck served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales for Poplar Healthcare, a physician-owned pathology laboratory services company. Before Poplar, he was the Vice President of Sales in the ASC division of health information technology company ProVation Medical, ASC Sales Director and National Accounts Director for McKesson Medical-Surgical, and National Accounts Director for medical device and pharmaceutical company B. Braun Medical. Chuck also served with the U.S. Army as an Army Ranger and Green Beret prior to beginning his work in healthcare and lives with his family in Castle Rock, CO.
Hilary Sondik
Hilary Sondik is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Surgical Notes. Ms. Sondik has over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle operations leading large US and global teams and creating a culture of results-oriented solutions. Prior to joining Surgical Notes, Ms. Sondik served as Senior Vice President for Customer Operations at R1, an end-to-end healthcare technology revenue cycle provider for large health systems where she helped customers maximize revenue.
Ms. Sondik received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She lives in Zionsville, Indiana with her husband and son.
