Patricia is a tactful, results-driven leader who has established a reputation for excellence in optimizing financial performance within the outpatient surgery center environment. In her previous roles as Chief Executive Officer at a multi-specialty ASC, an executive level Director of a start-up ASC management company, and Centralized Business Office Director, Patricia combines a deep understanding of healthcare finance with a strategic approach to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue.

Robert Marinich

Robert Marinich is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Synergen Health and has over 20 years of experience in the ASC industry. Robert was responsible for building and leading a sales team at HST Pathways, a top-ranked, cloud-based Ambulatory Surgery Center software company. Prior to HST, Robert ran operations for one of the ASC industry largest clearinghouses.

Robert is a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of healthcare, revenue cycle management services, consumer benefits, medical banking, hi-tech, and the selling and deployment of complex B2B SaaS solutions.
