Approved: Revision to Ambulatory Surgical Centers Related to CMS CfCs
New Elements of Performance requirements will be added to the Joint Commission summer E-dition update. These will address the expectation for compliance with the Life Safety Code (NFPA 101-2012) and the Health Care Facilities Code (NFPA 99-2012), as well as the revisions to Rights and Responsibilities requirements.

CMS Releases 2025 Proposed Medicare Payment Rule
